How do i cancel my order?

No worries. If unfortunately you have to cancel your order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order an e-mail to contact@zoopcover.com, because our dispatch is uber-efficient and does not kid around.We will Deliver the same item you will order hence in this situation refund/replace of order will not take place.

I wish to change my order. Will it be possible?

You can always update your confirmed order (before the order is processed), but unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order once the order is confirmed. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
